Anyone who knows me well, knows I am a huge Gabby Bernstein fan. I find her books, workshops and videos prolific and inspiring.
I had come across this article in the fall and absolutely loved it. It speaks to the internal dialogue and beliefs we consciously/unconsciously hold that create our perceptions of our experiences and relationships. Great read.
